We’ve covered every detail! The space 12 beds across 7 bedrooms & 4 full bathrooms. We allow up to 18 people including children to stay! 4 king beds all with memory foam mattresses 2 full beds with memory foam mattresses 6 twin bunks + extra twin mattress You'll love the comfortable beds/couch/lounge, stocked kitchen, remodeled bathrooms, hot tub views, and the beautiful outdoor firepit area with Adirondack chairs. We put our favorite linens, supplies, decor, and entertainment in the cabin so that this home can serve many families for many years. We also partner with the best cleaners in town to make sure you have a clean and comfortable stay! We ourselves love to travel so we've made this a place that we would want to stay with all of the details covered. TVs in every room, are all Roku Smart TVs. You can sign into any service you’d like, but there aren’t any services provided. We provide an infant eating chair and pack-n-play along with eating-ware for the littles.

Reminder of our CANCELLATION POLICY: We stick to our cancellation policy for every booking. Including for weather related or power outage issues. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance when booking. When you make a booking, it blocks our calendar off so we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure we can continue to operate the property and provide a great experience for all guests. Requests to change your dates are treated the same as cancellations. If you ask us to cancel or change your dates, we will point you to this on our listing description as well as the multiple reminders to purchase travel insurance that we send prior to your stay. Please note that check-outs are not permitted on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. While the calendar may allow you to book a check-out on these dates, you will be required to adjust your stay accordingly. In such cases, it will be your responsibility to cancel any affected reservations.

Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
As close as you can be to downtown Ellijay and everything you could possibly need while still feeling totally private and tucked away in our beautiful neighborhood! Ellijay has plenty of amazing local restaurants as well and we are only 7 minutes away. Quiet neighborhood with a mix of rentals and full-time residents. Everyone is very friendly. Your cabin sits up on the hill with the most stunning views you've ever seen. You can comfortably walk around the neighborhood :)
Guest Access
The whole property and outdoor space is yours :) the driveway has plenty of parking for 5+ regular sized vehicles. The Game Room - accessed through the outside back door and NOT connected to the rest of the house - is a converted storage space designed for your entertainment.

Plenty of parking at the property! Enough for probably 4-6+ vehicles. We've had giant trucks, trailers etc park here so you shouldn't have any issues getting to the driveway or parking anything you want to bring! All paved roads and easy to find and for any vehicle to get to despite the elevation we enjoy.
